Who it's for

Is Botox right for you?

Wrinkle relaxers (we carry Botox, Dysport and Xeomin) work best on dynamic lines, the ones that appear when you move. If your lines are visible at rest, we may recommend combining treatments.

  • Forehead lines & the "11s" between brows
  • Crow's feet around the eyes
  • A subtle brow lift or lip flip
  • Prevention, if lines are just starting

How Botox works & what to expect

  1. Consult & map. We assess your facial anatomy, review your treatment goals and map out injection locations.

  2. Treat. A few quick injections, about 10 minutes from start to finish.

  3. Settle. Results emerge over 5–7 days, with full results expected at 2–3 weeks.

What to know

Botox risks, downtime & aftercare

Most people return to their day immediately. Temporary side effects can include minor bruising, redness or a mild headache. Serious complications are rare and we review your full history first.

Pricing

How pricing works for Botox

Botox is priced per unit, and the right dose is personal: it depends on your anatomy and goals. You'll get an exact quote at your complimentary consultation, before you commit to anything. Most patients rebook every three to four months, and we'll suggest a cadence that fits how quickly your movement returns.

We also offer several ways to spread treatment costs over time, including buy-now-pay-later plans. Ask about financing at your consultation.

Common questions

Botox FAQs

Does Botox hurt?

We take your comfort seriously and take extra steps to make the whole visit easy. Most patients describe a quick pinch, and the injections take just minutes once we get started. If discomfort is a concern we can use numbing to make you more comfortable, though most patients do fine without it.

When will I see results?

Movement softens over 5–7 days, with full results expected at two to three weeks.

How long does it last?

Three to four months for most people. Duration depends on the individual and the dose: in clinical studies of on-label dosing the average ran two to four months, and the more units you get, the longer it tends to last. With consistent treatment, many patients find results hold a little longer over time.

Will I look frozen?

Only if that’s the look you want. Dose sets the result, anywhere from softened-but-mobile to fully smooth, and we map it to your goal at your consult, then fine-tune at your two-week review.

Botox, Dysport or Xeomin: which one?

All three are the same class of wrinkle relaxer from different manufacturers, and we carry each. We'll recommend one based on your anatomy, goals and history at your consult; pricing is comparable.

How many units will I need?

The approved doses are the starting point. Frown lines between the brows are 20 units, given as 4 units at each of 5 points. Crow’s feet are 24 units, 4 units at each of 3 points on each side. Forehead lines are approved for treatment together with the frown lines, at 40 units across both areas. All three together come to 64 units. Your own dose is mapped at your consult and can sit above or below these figures, depending on your muscle strength, your anatomy and the result you want.

Can I have Botox while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We don’t treat during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. There are no adequate studies of Botox in pregnant women, and no data on whether it reaches human milk or affects a breastfed child, so we wait rather than guess. Tell us if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, and we will plan your timing around it.

What are the side effects?

In the clinical trials the most frequently reported were headache after forehead treatment (9%), eyelid droop after treatment between the brows (3%), brow droop after forehead treatment (2%) and eyelid swelling after crow’s feet treatment (1%). All of them are temporary. Botox risks, downtime & aftercare covers the rest, including bruising and how to care for the area afterwards.

Is Botox preventative, and will it reverse lines I already have?

Botox relaxes the muscle that folds the skin, so lines that appear when you move soften first. Treating before a line sets means less of the repeated folding that etches it in, which is what people mean by preventative. Lines already etched at rest soften less, and usually need something that works on the skin itself, like resurfacing, or filler to support the area.

Will I always need the same dose?

Not necessarily. We start from the approved dose for the area, then adjust from what we see at your two-week review and at each visit after. Some people need less over time, because a muscle treated consistently atrophies. Some need more, as muscle strength, the areas treated or the result you want change.

If I start, do I have to keep going?

No. The effect wears off over three to four months and the muscle returns to the strength it had before. Lines go back to where they were, not worse for having been treated. If you do keep going, treatments are usually spaced three to four months apart.

Can I have Botox the same day as a facial or another treatment?

Often yes, let us know what you are interested in and we will tell you if they can be done together.
